What I've experienced so far working with
Kristin is nothing short of
amazing. I'd orginally contacted her to
help overcome fear of leaving my home after being
attacked in my driveway. The fear had been nearly
paralyzing. My heart would race, my breathing
became labored and I was unable to play with my son
outside.

we identified the elements of the fear and
"tapped" it away.

go outside. I have an awareness of my surroundings but am

The
weekend of my Mother’s funeral raised my anxiety levels
to unknown places. It was out of control and I was smart
enough to call you. I was finally willing to ask for
something I needed and you put yourself at my
disposal, asking what you could do for
me.
Your
system of removing the pain and teaching me to
nourish my own body, which took about 10 minutes,
cleared me of all tension and the intense 4 month old
pain I had been dealing with in my neck. This relaxed
and pain-free feeling lasted throughout the entire
funeral proceedings, which lasted for 3 days after we
spoke. I never needed the ibuprofen that had become my
crutch.
Thank
you so much, for teaching me a very kind way to heal
myself. Clearing one’s own energy is available to us
all. Why don’t you teach the rest of the world this
talent, so we can quit useless trips to the doctor.

What's
happened since I started coaching with you?
What hasn't happened?
When we
first started...I wasn't lost, wasn't aware that
I'd been creating "my world" throughout my
everyday living, and didn't have any idea why I
might benefit from a "Life Coach".
What I did know is that a friend said
"You have to talk to Kristin
Kopp ...You're life is gonna
explode!"
So...after a few months of clear
resistance...I said "YES", picked up the phone and
began a journey enhancement experience that is
difficult to describe with mere
words...
I feel as though I've had laser
surgery on both eyes...things LOOK
DIFFERENT!!! They FEEL different!! People say I'm
DIFFERENT...and I am!!
I've been
told, "You seem softer..." ; "Are you ALWAYS this
happy?"; "Is your hair different?" and there's
even speculation about what's in my morning
coffee.
I've
always been a positive person. But I now look back
and see that I tried to change situations or
people instead of changing me. Once I started from
the inside out, situations, people and things
started to change. Were they really changing? I
often asked myself...or Was It Me?
I believe
it was BOTH...as I changed, people reacted
differently. I smiled and they smiled back. I
laughed and they couldn't stop laughing. I sang
Christmas Carols in the halls at work and found
people started whistling Christmas
tunes.
Kristin's coaching is like a
big "Magic Mirror."
She helps you to
look deep inside and
see who really is the
fairest of them all...
who really
holds the keys to the magic kingdom...
and who can really open all the
doors.
